The Arthur Smith Institute for Urology is located in the Center for Advanced Medicine, which is on Lakeville Road, across from LIJ Medical Center. Our address is 450 Lakeville Road, Suite M41, New Hyde Park, NY 11040. Free valet parking is available.
Long Island Expressway (Eastbound)
Exit 33 Lakeville Road
From service road turn right onto Lakeville Road (heading south). Continue one mile and cross Marcus Avenue. There are two entrances for the Center for Advanced Medicine. For self-parking, at the first light past Marcus Avenue, turn left into Entrance #2 of the Center for Advanced Medicine and follow the Green B signs for UROLOGY. For patient drop-off or valet parking, go to the second light and turn left into Entrance #1 of the Center for Advanced Medicine and follow the Green B signs for UROLOGY.

Exit 33 Lakeville Road.
Continue on service road to second traffic light and make a left onto Lakeville Road (heading south). Continue one mile and cross Marcus Avenue. There are two entrances for the Center for Advanced Medicine. For self-parking, at the first light past Marcus Avenue, turn left into Entrance #2 of the Center for Advanced Medicine and follow the Green B signs for UROLOGY. Northern State Parkway/Grand Central Parkway (Eastbound)
Exit 25 Lakeville Road.
