From Manhattan - Westbound
Take the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Exit 33. At first light, turn right onto Community Drive. The Hospital’s main entrance (Entrance 3) is approximately 1/2 mile down on the right-hand side.
From Long Island - Eastbound
Take the Long Island Expressway (Rte. 495) to Exit 33. Turn left onto Community Drive (2nd left). The Hospital’s main entrance (Entrance 3) is approximately 1/2 mile down on the right-hand side.The hospital may also be reached via Northern Blvd. (Rte. 25A). Turn south off of Northern Blvd. onto Community Drive. The hospital’s main entrance (Entrance 3) is approximately 3/4 mile down on the left-hand side.
